GOOD VIBES ONLY AT MAY EDITION
CONSUMER INSPIRATION DAY ETC DESIGN CENTER EUROPE
On Sunday, May 19, the Masters of Interior of ETC Design Center Europe were once again
ready to receive and inspire the public. In addition to all the permanent exhibitors,
various interesting guest exhibitors also presented their new products at this summer edition.
VITA DI LUSSO was there again and made a summary of the highlights!

Early summer vibes
Since 1981, the goal of ETC Design Center Europe has been to inform and advise both professional and consumer in the field of high-quality living. Under the inspriring leadership of Len de Koster and Ditte Kolijn, ETC Design Center Europe has grown into a leading provider of no fewer than 500 different high-end interior labels.
Four times a year ETC Design Center Europe organizes the so-called Consumer Inspiration Day for public, where they normally only receive interior design professionals. Traditionally, the summer edition takes place in the month of May, with the summer tickles clearly visible this time as well!

Outdoor vibes
For many years, Arie Tuinarchitectuur’s stand has been visited by many prospective customers at ETC Design Center Europe. Recently Arie started a collaboration with Borek Outdoor Furniture. Borek, who joined ETC Design Center Europe as a permanent exhibitor last year, has been creating a symbiosis between garden and ultimate seating comfort through haute couture outdoor furniture for 40 years already. With the furniture from Borek and the applications of forging and construction company Van der Vegt, Arie Tuinarchitectuur has realized a beautiful outdoor pavilion, where visitors can be optimally inspired and advised.

Art vibes
Every edition of the Consumer Inspiration Day you can see some special art works and meet artists as well. At this edition SOME Artworks was one of the guest exhibitors with a rather “unusual” Paper Art Collection. These overly absurdist images are made with torn and cut visual material, from which new intriguing creations and scenes arise. These expressions are then printed on 5 mm thick crystal clear UV-resistant plexiglass and provided with a simple hanging system at the rear of the work. Available in a size of 80x120cm, but another desired size is also possible, just like a custom made design.
I also admired the demo of Wall-Printer, which pimps every wall of plasterboard, wallpaper, glass, wood, metal, concrete, stone or tiles in high resolution in color or black and white. Very durable, because this robot uses existing walls and ecological ink. Moreover, there is no loss of work and material, no residual waste and you do not have to drill holes in walls. This not only offers opportunities for the home but also for the hotel and healthcare sectors, for example. We will probably hear a lot more about this! Or rather: see. Because Wall-Printer is also wonderfully silent!

Interior vibes
Clockwork studio Tieleman presented the Mauno Grand Wall Clocks; handmade Swiss wall clocks, made of robust aluminum in a diameter of 80 cm. Unmissable eye-catchers on the wall, available in modern Arabic or classical Roman style. And as with every edition, visitors also enjoyed the free interior advice provided by Diane Interieurontwerp, Van der Spek Interior Designers, Design Unlimited and Codart Interiors.
This time, the icing on the cake was an interactive Master Class by C’avante Interior Design. Chantal and Arjan talked about how they guide their customers in a building or renovation process, what inspires them, how they make certain choices in the field of materialization and how they distinguish themselves from other interior designers.Especially for this occasion, the stage of the ETC Design Lounge was furnished with the new furniture collection from C’avante, which they recently formally launced. Visitors were also immediately given useful tips and opportunities to ask questions about personal situations.

Good vibes only on this May edition of the Consumer Inspiration Day at ETC Design Center Europe! PLEASE NOTE: we have to be patient for the next edition. This will take place after the summer holidays, on Sunday 22 September, with which the new interior season 2019/2020 will be officially kicked off. Until then!
