ETC DESIGN CENTER EUROPE OPENS
NEW INTERIOR SEASON IN A COLORFUL WAY
Sunday 16th September the doors of ETC Design Center Europe were opened for public again.
After enjoying the outdoor life for so many months in a row, the visitors were more than ready
for interior furniture, -design, -accessories and –decoration.
VITA DI LUSSO arrived very early to catch all the colourful novelties!
The entrants; a colorful club
ETC Design Center Europe stands for high-end interior design and is very selective when it comes to its exhibitors. That is how they surprise the visitors every time with new ‘Masters of Interior’, who create value to the exclusive residential sector.
Designer Aurelia Ebbe of the label La Aurelia shows her wall decorations, fabrics and Luxury Carpets in a brand new stand on the first floor. The designs are true eye catchers and easy to mix & match.
The Italian company Valpaint is specialized in decorative paint and coatings and leading when it comes to paint techniques. In high tech laboratories they create the most avant-garde products. And with names like Star, Meteore and Magic Light they convinced many visitors about the fact that clean white walls are history.
Duran Lighting & Interiors is well known in Holland for its exclusive lamp shades, furniture pieces and accessories. With their beautifully decorated showroom they attracted many visitors, who loved the bamboo lighting, the cushion collection and various dining- and coffee tables.
The program; a colorful meaning of the day
ETC Design Center presented a full programme with many colourful guests. Interior designer Remy Meyers kicked off with an interesting Q&A session, which was hosted by Patrick Kooiman, who is known by his vivid interiors and vibrant book ‘Volume’.
Although Remy does not apply colours in his interiors, he definitely knew how to fascinate the visitors with his colourful stories.
In the afternoon the Dutch master florist Paul Jongerius lighted up the ETC Design Lounge with a masterclass flower decoration. And Interior Designer Osiris Hertman closed the day artificially with a lecture about extraordinary materials, which he uses in his interior concepts. Also he presented some new items from his collection, like wall coverings of Prints van Oranje, doors upholstered in leather and cheerfully coloured carpets.
