Minotti meets James Bond in
luxurious villa in Florida
Architect Chad Oppenheim got more than 17.000 square metres to his disposal to build
an extraordinary villa with both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Definitely a dream project for any designer.
“Where the ocean meets the land”!
A new single family house on the last vacant lot in the most exclusive Bal Harbour residential community. The house is an elegant two-story structure with rooftop pool, designed for entertaining with generous seating areas, lush landscaping and spectacular waterfront views. Concealed within the house, two big courtyards divide the volume creating indoor-outdoor spaces in constant dialogue through the use of terraces, optimized for maximum enjoyment and appreciation of Miami’s tropical climate.
As if you are walking right into a filmset of the next James Bond movie
I don’t know about you, but I grew up with the movies of secret agent James Bond. My dad loved them and infected me with this ever returning virus. Usually around Christmas time:- ). And still I am a big fan, not least because my husband and two boys love James Bond as well. After the stunning Roger Moore, for several years we ladies have been very lucky with Daniel Craig.
This villa really looks like if you are walking into the filmset of the next James Bond movie. Now that it is confirmed that Daniel will celebrate his 5 years anniversary as 007, I can easily imagine him and his misstress dipping into this gorgeous swimming pool.
Shaken, not stirred
This spect(re)acular villa has an impressive entrance to start with, from which you walk right into the very spacious living. Where furniture is concerned, they opted for the metropolitan Minotti label which matches perfectly with the luxurious appearance of the house.
The seating can easily place nine persons, just like the dining with its round table and chairs, and provides a dazzling view on the waterfront and the beautiful gardens. Obviously we can see ourselves sitting here with a glass of Marini. Shaken of course, not stirred.
Also we spotted a huge pier, where a capital yacht is waiting for its new residents, two outdoor kitchens, a pool house and a authentic ‘James Bond Jaguar’ XK120 from 1948.
And last but not least, the indoor elevator brings you to the 1st floor where you can find the rooftop terrace, a stylish skybar with jacuzzi, a grill bar ánd a cosy lounge with fireplace.
For spicy bank accounts only
This great villa only costs you $43 million. Including all mentioned above as well as a few Andy Warhal art pieces and ‘Q-ish’ gadgets like face recognition at the front door. So, when you have a spicy bank account, then I suggest you already start packing your stuff. If not, please don’t hesitate to be inspired by what you see and just read and picture Daniel with it. My typical way to get though the day!
